There are no funds to buy and sell on Taobao. Your fund should be traded on Alipay. If you want to redeem it, I suggest you check it on Alipay yourself.

Generally speaking, if the fund is to be redeemed, it is best to submit an application before 3 pm that day.

Click Finance directly on Alipay, then click Fund, and then click Holding in the lower right corner.

If you want to redeem a fund, click on the transaction directly, and then on the asset details page, there will be selling and conversion at the bottom, click on the sell directly, and then choose to sell all or part.

Usually sold before 3 pm and received the next day. If you apply after 3 pm, you will receive it the day after tomorrow.
