(212 These regulations are formulated to encourage students to study hard, develop in an all-round way in morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetics, cultivate high-quality talents with excellent moral character, solid foundation, extensive knowledge and profound specialty, and realize the school-running concept of "characteristics plus quality products" in our school.

article 2 all full-time undergraduate and graduate students who have studied in our school and obtained formal school status can apply for the assessment of advanced individual students if they meet the following basic conditions.

1. Love the motherland, support the leadership of the China * * * production party, be honest and trustworthy, and have good moral quality.

2. Love the school, consciously implement national laws and regulations and school system, maintain social morality and behave in a civilized manner, and have not received any punishment this school year.

3. I love my major, study hard, and have no failed results in exams and examinations of various courses (including elective courses) during the participating year.

Fourth, care about the collective, respect teachers, unite classmates and take an active part in physical exercise.

Grade five and grade one students will not participate in the selection.

chapter ii award setting and selection conditions

article 4 classification of advanced individuals and advanced collectives of students 1. comprehensive categories: including top ten undergraduates, top ten graduate students, top three students, outstanding student cadres and stars of self-improvement in the university.

second, single category: including model of study style, model of literature and art, model of sports, model of public welfare, model of scientific and technological innovation and model of social practice.

3. Collective category: including excellent class collective, top ten class collective, excellent student dormitory and top ten student dormitory.

article 5 selection conditions

I. comprehensive category

(1) top ten undergraduates

top ten undergraduates are the highest honors of undergraduates at the university level, referred to as "top ten undergraduates" for short. Undergraduate students who meet the following conditions can apply:

1. They were recommended as "Three Good Students" or "Excellent Student Cadres" in that year.

2. The comprehensive quality evaluation of the school year is in the top three in this year.

3. The score of moral education quality is excellent.

4. Excellent academic performance, and outstanding performance in literature, sports, social practice or scientific and technological innovation.

5. I have worked as a student cadre at the undergraduate level.

6. Have good interpersonal relationships.

(2) Top Ten Postgraduates

Top Ten Postgraduates are the highest honors of graduate students at the university level, referred to as "Top Ten Postgraduates" for short. Postgraduates who meet the following conditions can apply:

1. At the postgraduate stage, they have positive thoughts, correct learning attitude, conscientiously complete the task of studying and researching, have a good style of study and researching, and have achieved excellent results or made outstanding progress in their study and research work.

(1) Postgraduates in the course learning stage: mainly to examine whether they can finish all the courses arranged in the first academic year of the training plan on time and get excellent results in all subjects; Under the same conditions, outstanding achievements in scientific research, sports, literature and art, public welfare, voluntary service, social practice and other activities are preferred.

(2) Postgraduates entering the thesis writing stage: mainly investigate whether the progress of dissertation is normal and whether the achievements in scientific research are outstanding. Specifically investigate the quality and quantity of published papers, whether they have won scientific and technological awards at or above the provincial and ministerial level, whether they have invention patents, or whether scientific research has created direct economic benefits and whether they have achieved other innovative achievements.

2. Applicants for master's degree or doctor's degree have worked as student cadres at the corresponding stage.

3. In that year, he was recommended as the title of "Three Good Students" or "Excellent Student Cadres", or won other honorary titles at the school level.

4. Actively participate in social practice, sports, literature and other activities.

5. Those who have recognized outstanding achievements in social work, culture, sports and other aspects, have positive thoughts and good performance in study and scientific research can be given priority.

(3) Three Good Students

1. The comprehensive quality evaluation of the school year is in the top three in this class.

2. The score of moral education quality is excellent.

3. The average academic score is above 85, and the single subject score is not less than 7.

4. on the basis of meeting the basic conditions of article 2, graduate students mainly examine their achievements in study, scientific research and papers.

5. Have good interpersonal relationships.

(4) Excellent student cadres

1. They actively demand progress and have high ideological and political quality.

2. Strong working ability and service consciousness, outstanding work achievements, and excellent in the annual student cadre assessment.

3. Aggressive, caring for classmates, strong sense of responsibility, pioneering and innovative spirit, strong influence among students and good interpersonal relationship.

4. The term of office shall be at least one year.

5. The comprehensive quality assessment of the school year is within the top 3% of the class (graduate students are not bound by this condition).

(5) the star of self-improvement

1. Good political and ideological quality, integrity, initiative and optimism.

2. Have the excellent qualities of thrift, honesty, credibility and helpfulness.

3. Have a correct learning attitude and a good style of study, and the grade of last school year is before 1% of this major.

4. The family is in financial difficulties, but they have the courage to overcome the difficulties they face in economy or other aspects, showing tenacious perseverance and enterprising spirit, with outstanding deeds.

Second, single category

(1) Model of study style

1. Study hard, have strong learning ability, play an exemplary role among students, and can lead students to make progress together.

2. Correct learning attitude and high attendance in class.

3. Excellent academic performance, excellent performance in all subjects, with an average score of 9 points and a single subject score of not less than 8 points.

4. juniors and seniors must pass CET-4 at one time, and those with excellent results in CET-4 or CET-6 are preferred.

5. Outstanding achievements in school-level and above studies, science and technology competitions or subject competitions are preferred.

6. publishing papers in public academic journals is preferred.

(2) literary pacesetter

1. Have at least one outstanding literary talent, and take an active part in the literary activities organized by the school to take the lead.

2. Outstanding performance in literary performances or competitions at all levels.

3. Under the same conditions, winners at the provincial or ministerial level or the whole country will be given priority.

(3) Sports pacesetters

1. Have outstanding sports talents and actively participate in sports activities organized by the school, playing a leading role.

2. Win honor for the school in sports competitions at all levels.

(4) Public welfare pacesetter

1. Those who actively and enthusiastically devote themselves to campus and social public welfare undertakings, voluntary services, etc. and have outstanding performance.

2. In the first school year, those who have made outstanding achievements in being brave, helping others, finding money, caring for public property, rescuing and providing disaster relief, maintaining campus order, and voluntary labor.

(5) Model of scientific and technological innovation

1. Undergraduates

(1) have outstanding innovative consciousness and ability, actively participate in innovative scientific research and play a leading role.

(2) those who have made outstanding achievements in various scientific and technological innovation activities and competitions.

2. Postgraduates

Applicants have made outstanding achievements in academic research during their studies and meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Postgraduates in science and engineering: doctoral students have at least one SCI-included paper (the first author) and at least two core journal papers; At least one paper (the first author) included in the three major retrieval for master students.

(2) liberal arts graduate students (arts, management, economics, law and education): at least 4 core journal papers for doctoral students and at least 2 core journal papers for master students.

(3) As the main participant (listed in the top five of the project contract list), participated in the projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Social Science Foundation, the "863" Program and the national key projects; Or undertake provincial and ministerial-level (scientific and technological development projects issued by the competent department of science and technology) projects, as well as other equivalent projects, which have achieved phased results and published papers as the first author.

(4) won the provincial, ministerial level (or equivalent level) and above scientific and technological awards, ranking in the top five among the finishers and ranking first among the students.

(5) obtaining an authorized patent as the first inventor.

(6) Scientific research creates direct economic benefits.

(7) There are other forms of important innovations.

(6) social practice model

1. Strong sense of social responsibility, and actively participate in social practice activities, play a leading role.

2. Take advantage of holidays or internships to actively carry out research, poverty alleviation through science and technology, "going to the countryside" and other activities, with outstanding achievements and social influence.

3. Excellent results report.

III. Collective Category

(I) Excellent Class Collective

(II) Top Ten Class Collections

For the selection conditions, please refer to the Measures for Assessment and Appraisal of Class Collections of China Geo University (Beijing) (School Xuefa [211] No.9).

(III) Excellent Student Dormitories

Students who meet the following conditions in the participating year can apply:

1. The dormitory members have harmonious and friendly relations and strong cohesion.

2. The dormitory members have a strong learning atmosphere, good grades and no record of failing.

3. There are corresponding conventions on dormitory management, which are well implemented.

4. The environmental sanitation performance of the dormitory is good, with an average score of over 8.

5. The students under the jurisdiction of the dormitory abide by the regulations on the management of student apartments, and there are no violations, smoking, illegal use of electrical appliances and dangerous goods in the dormitory.

(4) Top Ten Student Dormitories

Students who meet the following conditions in the participating year can apply:

1. Meet the basic conditions of excellent dormitories.

2. The average score of students in the dormitory is above 8.

3. The passing rate of CET-4 for junior and senior students is 1%.

4. The average score of dormitory environmental sanitation is above 85.

5. Students under the jurisdiction of the dormitory who have made outstanding achievements in school-level and above learning and science and technology competitions will be given priority.

6. The dormitory is warm, comfortable and full of characteristics, which is preferred under the same conditions.

article 6 selection places

1. top ten undergraduates: 1 students from the whole school.

second, the top ten graduate students: 1 in the whole school.

Three-excellent students: the evaluation proportion shall not exceed 5% of the students participating in the evaluation.

4. Excellent student cadres: The evaluation ratio shall not exceed 1% of the number of student cadres participating in the evaluation.

five, the star of self-improvement: 1 students in the whole school.

6. Single category: The sum of all kinds of pacesetters shall not exceed 1% of the students participating in the competition.

VII. Excellent class group: the evaluation ratio shall not exceed 1% of the total number of participating classes.

VIII. Excellent student dormitories: The evaluation ratio shall not exceed 2% of the total number of participating student dormitories.

Nine or ten class groups and ten student dormitories: 1 each.

article 7 bonus amount

1. 1 yuan is the top ten undergraduate and graduate students.

5 yuan is an excellent student and outstanding student cadre.

Third, 8 yuan is the star of strengthening the country.

fourth, the single category is 5 yuan.

5. Excellent class collective 1 yuan, top ten class collective 15 yuan, excellent student dormitory 5 yuan, top ten student dormitory 8 yuan.

article 8 bonus distribution

1. you can have both honors in comprehensive awards, but the bonus is distributed according to the highest amount.

second, in the selection of individual awards, you can have both honors and bonuses.

3. if you win both comprehensive and individual awards, you can have both honors, and the bonus will be paid according to the highest amount.

4. You can have both honors in the collective awards, but the bonus will be paid according to the one with the highest amount.

Chapter III Selection Procedure

Article 9 Selection of Comprehensive Awards and Individual Awards

1. Students apply to the counselors of our college, and the class committees of each class and the Party and Youth League branches put forward a recommendation list (generated from the list of applicants) through a joint meeting based on the evaluation of academic year quality and listening to opinions from classmates, teachers and other aspects, and sort out the application materials.

2. After being examined and appraised by counselors, tutors and college students' working groups, the group leader of college students' working groups agrees and publicizes it, and reports it to the Student Affairs Office for review.

3. Finally, report it to the leading group for student affairs of the school for review and approval by the competent leader, and publicize it throughout the school.

article 1 selection of collective awards

1. the selection of outstanding class collectives and top ten class collectives shall be conducted in accordance with the "assessment and appraisal methods for class collectives of China university of geosciences (Beijing)" (No.9 [211] of the school). For the selection of excellent student dormitories and top ten student dormitories, all members of the dormitory apply to the college, and the counselors, together with the general branch of the college league and the student branch of the college, put forward a list of recommendations (generated from the list of dormitory applications) according to the specified conditions, write detailed deeds and identification, and report them to the Student Affairs Office for review with the consent of the college student leader.

second, after the student affairs office has checked it correctly, it will be reported to the leading group for student affairs of the school for review and approval by the competent leader, and will be publicized throughout the school.

Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions

Article 11 Students' advanced individuals and advanced collectives are evaluated once every academic year, and the evaluation time is generally arranged in the middle of October according to the comprehensive performance evaluation of the students participating in the year.

article 12 in the selection process, if there is fraud, favoritism, etc., once verified, the certificate and bonus will be recovered, and the qualification for evaluation during the school period will be cancelled, and it will be dealt with severely according to the relevant regulations of the school.

article 13 these regulations shall come into force on September 1, 212, and the student affairs office shall be responsible for the interpretation.
