Explanation 1:

Wang Rui (? -189), the word Tanya, was born in Linyi County, Xuzhou.

Wang Rui was appointed as the secretariat of Jingzhou. 189, when Dong Zhuo was in chaos, Changsha satrap Sun Jian sent troops to crusade against Dong Zhuo, passing through Xiangyang (Wang Rui base camp) and requesting Wang Rui to send troops together. Due to the disagreement between Wang Rui and Wuling satrap Cao Yin, he announced that Sun Jian would kill Cao Yin before sending troops. Cao Yin was afraid that Sun Jian really killed him, so he forged a "case executor" campaign, listing Wang Rui's crimes, and asked Sun Jian to arrest Wang Rui so that he could act after the action. Sun Jian mistakenly believed his words, so he went back to Xiangyang to escape Wang Rui. Wang Rui was desperate and committed suicide by swallowing gold.

Later, some Yu people took refuge in Lujiang County, Yangzhou.

Wang Rui, male, born in Harbin,1June 1968, is a member of China Democratic League. Doctor, postdoctoral fellow, professor, doctoral supervisor. In 2000, he was selected into the "backbone teachers" funding program of the Ministry of Education, and in 2005, he was selected into the "outstanding talents in the new century" support program of the Ministry of Education. Senior member of Chinese Society of Environmental Sciences, expert in project evaluation of National Natural Science Foundation.
