Executive Director Mr. Si Zefu is currently the chairman of the company, deputy secretary of the party group, director and general manager of China Dongfang Electric Group Co., Ltd.

He graduated from Xi'an University of Technology majoring in metal materials heat treatment with a bachelor's degree in engineering, and graduated from Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management majoring in management engineering with a master's degree in business administration (MBA).

Mr. Li Yanmeng is the Vice Chairman of China Electricity Council, Vice Chairman of China Energy Research Society, and concurrently serves as an independent director of China Coal Energy Co., Ltd.

Graduated from the Electric Power Department of Wuhan Institute of Hydropower, majoring in thermal power plant and electric power engineering.

He has worked in the Shandong Electric Power Department for a long time. In 1994, he served as deputy director of the Infrastructure Coordination Department of the Ministry of Electric Power Industry.

Mr. Zhao Chunjun is a professor at Tsinghua University, deputy director of the Academic Committee of Tsinghua University, and an independent director of Bank of China Fund Management Co., Ltd. and China Communications Services Corporation.

Graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering of Tsinghua University, majoring in industrial enterprise automation.

From 1986 to 2005, he served as Assistant to the Dean, First Vice Dean, and Dean of the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University. Director Mr. Huang Wei is currently a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Dongfang Electric Group, and concurrently serves as the Central Committee of China Dongfang Electric Group Corporation.

Joined Dongfang Electric Group in January 1989. Mr. Zhang Xiaolun, currently serves as a non-executive director of the company, deputy secretary of the Party Leadership Group and executive deputy general manager of Dongfang Electric Group.
