The Education Development Foundation was established by Ms. Zhang, the chairman of Jiangyin New Changhong Relay Co., Ltd., with an initial capital of 2 million yuan. The foundation is mainly used to reward teachers and students who have made outstanding contributions to the education and teaching of Changjing Middle School, and to help poor students complete their middle school studies.
