Application and admission process:
1 go/CSC/main/person/login/index.jsf Check the selection brochure for overseas students to determine whether they are eligible to apply.
2. Consult the guide of overseas study projects funded by the National Fund for Studying Abroad, and determine the application projects.
3. For online registration, select "Apply for study abroad status", "declare country/region", "declare project name", "cooperate with Keli 4" and "accept company name" and fill in the application form.
Prepare the application materials (for details, please refer to the Notes on Preparation of Application Materials for Studying Abroad Supported by the National Fund for Studying Abroad in 2008).
5. Submit the application materials to the accepting units (including the accepting institutions of the National Scholarship Fund, the universities affiliated to the "985 Project" and "2 1 1 Project", and the contracting institutions of exchange projects), and pay the registration and evaluation fees.
Scheduling and external management:
1 Read the admission documents to learn about relevant policies and regulations and contact information of relevant departments.
Submit external contact materials according to the requirements of the project, or contact foreign institutions to obtain an invitation letter or admission notice.
3. Apply for passports and visas, notarize the study aid agreement, and apply for a deposit.
Book air tickets with the Study Abroad Service Center of Beijing Ministry of Education, Shanghai Training Department or Guangzhou Training Department to go abroad.
Report to the embassy (consulate) abroad, submit the qualification certificate and registration certificate, and receive the scholarship living expenses.
5. Finish your studies and book a plane ticket to return to China.
6. Report to the domestic unit, fill in the complete deposit refund certificate, and contact the Scholarship Fund Committee to refund the deposit.
