Support the trading headquarters to participate in the electronic pilot of special VAT invoices, simplify the upgrading and incremental business processes of special VAT invoices, and implement relevant tax policies for enterprise restructuring and reorganization.

The third is the talent policy. It is convenient for foreign talents introduced by the trade headquarters to work in this city and handle relevant documents. Domestic outstanding talents who meet the relevant conditions can apply for household registration in this city.

The fourth is the convenience policy. Including simplifying entry and exit procedures, supporting the application for APEC business travel cards, facilitating the entry of foreigners, improving the efficiency of customs clearance for trade-oriented headquarters enterprises, and adopting convenient supervision measures.

The fifth is the service policy. Including the establishment of a trade-oriented headquarters communication and feedback mechanism, and strengthening regular visits and docking services for various headquarters enterprises.
