In 2007, I officially returned to Chengdu from the United States via Shanghai, and found that the development potential and achievements of western China have a great radiation effect on western China. As a scholar studying in the United States and introducing overseas high-level talents to Chengdu, I think I can do many useful things for the west, Sichuan and Chengdu, and realize my dream of returning to China to start a business. So, I put forward my city ideal (interviewed by Reading City magazine at the meeting of high-level returnees government delegation in Chengdu in the Spring Festival of 2008 and delivered a keynote speech), and Chengdu should become a city of entrepreneurship, credit, finance and service; I set myself several goals: in the field of 1) entrepreneurship guidance; 2) management consulting field; 3) Financial market field; 4) Achievements in the field of self-employment.

After more than two years, I have been widely recognized by the government, society, universities and enterprises in entrepreneurship training and education, in consultation and guidance of the government and enterprises, and in the financial field. Bosch Elegance has achieved steady development under my leadership, and has the conditions for rapid development in the fields of intelligence, finance, media, science and technology. This company has more than 50 employees.

As a well-known leader in the western management consulting field and an international registered management consultant (CMC), I not only teach MBA courses such as management consulting and competitive business model in colleges and universities, but also undertake the training of registered management consultants in China, Sichuan Province. In 2007, Bosch Elegance International Consulting Institute, which I led, launched the first Bosch Elegance Cup Management Consulting Elite Challenge, which has been the third time so far, aiming at cultivating a large number of young management consulting talents. I have also served as the deputy director of Sichuan Management Advisory Committee and the executive director of Sichuan Talents Association, providing consulting and training for hundreds of enterprises and government agencies. At present, he is a senior consultant of "High-level Returned Talents" of Chengdu Municipal Government, a member of the Standing Committee of Major Decision Advisory Committee of Jinjiang District of Chengdu, and a senior financial expert of doctoral group; At the critical moment of the economic crisis, he was entrusted to participate in the production of TV programs such as "Chuk Survey Report" and "Confidence 2009" to help the government and enterprises get out of the crisis and rebuild after the disaster. As a well-known consulting and training expert in western China, I have consulted and trained companies such as MGFX, FXCM, FSBC, Western Electronics, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, UT Starcom, Intel, Zhilian Recruitment, Southwest Airlines, China Construction Bank, Bank of China, Siemens, China Mobile, China Unicom, Shanghai Volkswagen, Silco Software, Cambridge Science and Technology, Amway (China), China Enterprise Alliance, Jiuyan Industry, and Hard. Hundreds of enterprises such as Mianyang Investment Group, Kyushu Group, Chuanwei Group, UFIDA Software, Vanke and Renheng, and hundreds of institutions such as Sichuan Talents Association, Chengdu Municipal Government, Chengdu Jinjiang District Government, Chengdu Wenjiang District Government, Chengdu High-tech Zone, Yibin Municipal Government and shifang city Municipal Government. Under the background of studying with Professor Wei Zi Bowdy, the godfather of world investment, and Wall Street in the United States, I undertook the task of helping Chengdu Municipal Government and Jinjiang District Government to build the capital market in western China, build the financial center of East Street in Chengdu-western China, explore the innovation of financial products, and introduce overseas "high-level financial talents". I personally planned, organized and presided over the first Chengdu Financial Street Development Summit Forum in 2008 and the "Second Chengdu Financial Street Development Summit Forum and New Capital Power Summit in Western China in 2009", which are the highest-level financial events in western China, making Chengdu a high-standard financial exchange platform in western China after Beijing China Financial Summit Forum, Beijing Asia-Pacific Investment Summit, Shanghai Lujiazui Financial Forum and Shenzhen China Venture Capital Forum. For the first time, Sichuan and Chengdu loudly put forward the action declaration of "building the financial center in western China" to the whole country. The column "Talking about Financial Street" and "Ideal of Financial City" tells you about the past, present and future of Chengdu's financial industry! As the executive editor of Capital Times magazine, he is responsible for the most authoritative, professional and influential financial media in western China. After Beijing Caijing, Shanghai CBN and Shenzhen New Fortune magazine, it became one of the four major financial magazines in China, and gained the right to speak in China capital market for Chengdu! In addition, I have taught courses in Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Southwest Jiaotong University, such as financial management, fighting Wall Street, international capital market operation and investment decision-making of multinational companies, venture capital and venture capital, private equity fund management, etc., and provided financing training, counseling and financing consultants for nearly 100 enterprises, as well as training and education of financial executives.

3. In the field of entrepreneurship research: Western entrepreneurship tutor, professor of entrepreneurship.

I am deeply gratified to be awarded such a high honor as a well-known western entrepreneurship mentor, "Entrepreneurship Guidance Expert of Sichuan Personnel Department Talent Association", Entrepreneurship Chengdu Expert, Leader of Chengdu Entrepreneurship City Construction Expert Group, Entrepreneurship Mentor of Chengdu High-tech Zone, YBC Youth Entrepreneurship Mentor of China, YBC State Office Expert, Entrepreneurship Professor of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, and Director of Entrepreneurship Training and Research Center of Chengdu High-tech Zone. When I first returned to China, I deeply felt that the biggest resource in western China is the motivation and creativity of starting a business. The rise and development of any region is due to the development, growth, health and prosperity of its small and medium-sized enterprises. We must effectively catalyze the western entrepreneurship represented by Sichuan, and we need to incubate the ability and knowledge of entrepreneurs to enhance the quality and influence of our entrepreneurial enterprises. So, I began to offer a series of courses in colleges and universities in Sichuan, such as entrepreneurship, teaching business models and design methods of entrepreneurship development, entrepreneurship financing and the discovery and identification of business opportunities, and trained hundreds of entrepreneurial enterprises and thousands of entrepreneurs, and initiated and participated in many entrepreneurial competitions and entrepreneurial catalytic experiments. Twenty-three courses related to entrepreneurship were designed and developed, which effectively transplanted the knowledge system of western entrepreneurship education and training, and helped Chengdu High-tech Zone and Jinjiang District improve the soft environment for entrepreneurship.

4. Self-employment field: chairman of the board of directors of the group company, chief consultant and high-level returnees.

As an entrepreneurial tutor, I don't think traditional theoretical education and management dogma are the way out for entrepreneurial education. As a well-known entrepreneurial tutor, I must have entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial ability, and I can't just talk without doing it! Therefore, I must show my students how to succeed in starting a business. Over the past three years, I have been committed to building Bosch Elegance, an enterprise founded in Chengdu High-tech Zone Overseas Students Pioneer Park, into a model and benchmark for high-quality enterprises and entrepreneurial enterprises in Chengdu High-tech Zone. It meets several conditions: 1) benefit mankind; 2) intellectual orientation; 3) Sustainable development; 4) Conforming to commercial values and rules; 5) It can eventually become a public listed company.
