Professor Xiao Yang was born in May 1955. 1983 obtained a bachelor's degree in radio from Beijing Institute of Posts and Telecommunications, 199 1 obtained a master's degree in communication and electronic systems from North Jiaotong University, and a doctorate in automation and control from North Jiaotong University. Now he is a professor, doctoral supervisor and senior member of China Institute of Electronics. 1996-1998. In 2002, as a visiting scientist of DAAD in Germany and invited by DFG in Germany, he conducted a research on the cooperation project between NSFC of China and DFG in Herun-Nuremberg University, Germany. He has published more than 60 papers in important academic journals and conferences at home and abroad (including IEEE Trans.
