Investment scope: The Fund mainly invests in listed real estate trust and investment funds registered by the securities regulatory agencies of countries or regions that have signed a memorandum of understanding on bilateral regulatory cooperation with the China Securities Regulatory Commission, money market instruments and other financial instruments allowed by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. In addition, in order to hedge the exchange rate risk of local and foreign currencies, the Fund can also invest in foreign exchange forward contracts, foreign exchange swap contracts, options and other financial instruments.
4. Investment proportion: the proportion of the fund's investment in listed real estate trust and investment funds is 60%-95% of the fund's assets; The investment ratio of cash or government bonds with a maturity of no more than one year shall not be less than 5% of the fund's net asset value.
