3. Contact franchisees and franchisees' assistants in all districts by phone to confirm whether they have received the application form and franchise plan.

4. Joining experts will cooperate with you:

(1) Know your intention and motivation to join.

(2) Business circle evaluation of the proposed business location.

(3) Description of the franchise contract (the franchisee must fully understand the franchise content).

5. Both parties prepare various documents: sign the letter of intent/contract for joining.

6. Business training for shopkeepers: explanation of commodity knowledge and training of marketing concepts.

7. Preparation for business opening: store cabinet decoration design, product mix planning, and formulation of promotion plan.

8. Preparations before opening: store manager training, commodity procurement and commodity display.

9. Opening: various opening promotions.
