II. Conditions for application

1. The project leader is an on-the-job teacher of the Conservatory of Music, who should have good quality, sufficient preparatory work and relevant research results, and have certain organization and coordination ability and the ability to independently carry out research work.

2. The person in charge of the project should have intermediate professional and technical positions, and the person in charge of key projects should have deputy senior and above professional and technical positions.

3. The project team shall consist of at least 4 people (including the person in charge), including at least 3 people who work in the Music School of Hubei Normal University.
