The maintenance fund and the down payment are handed over to the developer. After the maintenance fund is paid, the finance department will give you a receipt.

The maintenance fund is collected by the developer and finally handed over to the Housing Authority. When the house book comes down, the invoice of the maintenance fund will be given to the owner together with the house book.
