3. In case of emergency, the use of the housing maintenance fund does not require the consent of more than two-thirds of the owners, and the payment formalities can be handled within 20 hours after the local housing authority makes the examination and approval opinions.

The housing maintenance fund is used for large and medium-sized repair and renovation projects of the main structure, public parts and public facilities and equipment of the house after the warranty period expires.
