Investment fund industry self-regulatory organizations, social organizations as legal persons, are industry self-regulatory organizations jointly established by fund managers, fund custodians and fund service institutions. Coordinate industry relations, conduct industry self-discipline, provide industry services, and promote industry development. Ordinary members: cemetery fund managers and trustees join the association as ordinary members. Joint members: fund sales, registration, valuation, evaluation, information technology services, law firms, clubs and other institutions registered in the CSRC.

Observers: Private equity fund managers and private equity management institutions are observers, and after one year, they will become ordinary members and special members: national exchanges, local equity trading institutions and other fund authorities.

The main responsibilities of the fund industry association

Educate and organize members to abide by securities investment laws and administrative regulations and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of investors; Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members according to law and reflect their suggestions and demands; To formulate and implement industry self-discipline rules, supervise and inspect the practice behavior of members and their employees, and give disciplinary sanctions to those who violate self-discipline rules and articles of association;

Formulate industry practice standards and business norms, and organize examination, qualification management and business training for fund employees; Provide member services, organize industry exchanges, promote industry innovation, and carry out industry publicity and investor education activities; Mediation of fund business disputes between members and between members and customers; Handle the registration and filing of non-public offering funds according to law; Other duties stipulated in the articles of association.
