At present, batteries are divided into P-type batteries and N-type batteries. P-type batteries are mainly PERC batteries and BSF batteries, and N-type batteries are mainly HJT batteries and Topcon batteries. In 2020, the market share of PERC batteries will reach 86.4%.
PERC battery among P-type batteries is the mainstream at present, but the cost reduction space and conversion efficiency (24.5%) of PERC battery are approaching the limit, and the new battery technology with higher conversion efficiency is welcoming the development window.
In N-form, the conversion efficiencies of HJT and Topcon are about 25.2 1% and 25.26% respectively.
The theoretical efficiency of HJT battery can be as high as 28%. High photoelectric conversion efficiency means that under other conditions, the battery can convert more electric energy, which can shorten the investment return period of users.
