Yuexiu Property Co., Ltd. (formerly Yuexiu Investment Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Stock Exchange") on February 6, 20 10. Guangzhou Yuexiu Group Co., Ltd. ("Guangzhou Yuexiu Group"), the controlling shareholder of the Company, is a state-owned enterprise managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Guangzhou Municipal People's Government.

The Company and its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as "the Group") are mainly engaged in real estate development and investment, with their business mainly concentrated in Guangzhou and gradually extended to the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, Bohai Rim and Central China.

The Group also holds 35.58% interest in Yuexiu REITs ("Yuexiu REITs"), which is a Hong Kong collective investment plan approved in accordance with Article 104 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 57 1) of the laws of Hong Kong, and is also the first real estate investment trust listed in China in the world.

In 20 13, it was awarded the Top 20 100 China Real Estate Comprehensive Strength jointly issued by China Real Estate Federation, China Industry Information Statistics Association and Focus China.
