1\ shall meet the conditions and procedures referred to in the Regulations on the Administration of Foundations: the applicant shall submit the following documents to the registration authority: an application; Draft articles of association, capital verification certificate and residence certificate; List of directors, identity certificates and resumes of the proposed chairman, vice-chairman and secretary-general; Documents approved by the competent business unit. The registered items include: name, domicile, type, purpose, business scope of public welfare activities, original capital amount and legal representative. Note: The supporting materials are complete, and the organizational structure, financial resources and personnel are complete.
