The first general rule

According to the purpose of the articles of association of Huang Youth Geological Science and Technology Award Fund, these regulations are formulated to reward young geologists who have made creative scientific achievements in the field of geological science or made outstanding contributions in geological exploration and geological education.

Article 2 reward conditions

Applicants for this award must love the motherland, actively serve the national modernization, love geological work, have the scientific spirit of "dedication, innovation, seeking truth from facts and cooperation", have noble social morality and professional ethics, and have made remarkable achievements in their own work.

Under the age of 45 (including 45 years old), those who meet one of the following conditions can be recommended as candidates for Huang Young Field Geologist Award, Huang Young Geologist Award and Huang Young Geologist Award according to the nature of their work.

1. Huang Young Field Geologist Award

(1) personnel engaged in field geology and mineral exploration for a long time (including mine geology, engineering geology, environmental geology, geological exploration technology, etc.). ) and made outstanding contributions, or successfully completed major geological and mineral exploration tasks and achieved remarkable economic or social benefits;

(2) Put forward suggestions on national and regional economic construction through field geological work, and it has been proved by practice that it has great social and economic benefits.

2. Huang Youth Geological Science and Technology Researcher Award

(1) has a stable academic research direction, has important ideas or discoveries in a certain discipline or field of geological science and technology, and has made outstanding contributions to enriching, developing and perfecting its discipline or field;

(2) through scientific research, put forward important suggestions and opinions on geological survey, resource exploration and development and utilization, geological environment management and geological disaster prevention, and achieved remarkable social and economic benefits;

(3) there are inventions in geological science and technology experiments; Significant social and economic benefits have been achieved in the transformation of achievements, research and development, instruments and equipment, or some new technologies, methods and theories have been put forward and preliminarily verified.

3. Huang Young Geology Teacher Award

(1) has been engaged in geological education for a long time, with full teaching workload and high student satisfaction; Be a teacher, teach and educate people, and cultivate many high-quality graduate students;

(2) Take an active part in geological scientific research to understand the frontier and development trend of geology; Be able to absorb the latest research results in time, enrich the compilation of new courses, accurately teach geological science theories and methods, and guide field practice; Make outstanding contributions to the teaching of professional disciplines and win teaching awards or excellent teaching materials awards.

Article 3 Award places

The award is selected every two years and awarded every two years. Every time there are no more than 8 field geologists, no more than 5 geological researchers and no more than 2 geological teachers, and the total number is no more than 15.

Article 4 Grant Procedure

I. Recommendations

Recommend candidates through the following channels.

1. Geological societies of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and professional committees and research associations affiliated to geological society of china organize preliminary evaluation and recommendation;

2. Recommended by the executive director of geological society of china after the initial evaluation;

3.3 or more (including 3) recommended by academicians of China Academy of Sciences or China Academy of Engineering;

4. Recommended by relevant international academic organizations.

Second, review.

1. The office of the Fund Management Committee shall examine and approve the qualifications of the applicant in accordance with the award regulations;

2. The Fund Management Committee Office shall organize experts to conduct preliminary evaluation, and the number of experts who have passed the evaluation shall be controlled within 15;

3. The Fund Committee will make a final evaluation of those who have passed the initial evaluation.

No matter the initial evaluation or the final evaluation, two-thirds of the legal assessors must attend the meeting, and those who get two-thirds of the votes of the participants will be valid.

Third, awards

Awarded certificates, medals and bonuses to the winners, and informed their units and the whole industry. The award date, if there are no special circumstances, is generally set on March 30th of the following year.

Article 5 Supplementary Provisions

1. The achievements (achievements) declared by the candidates of this award must be based on the achievements (achievements) made by the candidates and in domestic work (including Chinese-foreign cooperation projects).

Two, won other awards in China, can still be used as a candidate for this award.

Third, in order to maintain the seriousness and scientificity of this award, this award emphasizes that the winners must have both ability and political integrity. If fraud is found, the award-winning qualification will be revoked, bonuses, medals and certificates will be recovered, and the unit and the whole industry will be notified.

4. The Articles of Association shall come into effect after being reviewed and approved by the Fund Management Committee. Explain the ownership of the fund management committee.
