After the fund contract of open-end fund comes into effect, there may be a short period of closure. According to the Administrative Measures for the Operation of Public Offering Securities Investment Funds issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission, after the contract of open-end fund comes into effect, it shall not be redeemed within the time limit stipulated in the fund contract and prospectus, but the longest period shall not exceed 3 months. After the closure period, the open-end fund will enter the daily subscription and redemption period. Fund managers handle the subscription of fund shares and the business of hospital network every working day. If there are other provisions in the fund contract, such provisions shall prevail.
