The fund cannot be traded and may be suspended. The reasons for the suspension are as follows:

1. Due to excessive subscription by investors, the fund scale has grown rapidly;

2. During the fund dividend period, the subscription and redemption of the fund shall be suspended;

3. Significant changes have taken place in the stocks held.
