1. To raise and provide funds for the economic development of developing member countries or regions in the Asia-Pacific region;
2. Promote public and private capital investment in member countries of the Asia-Pacific region;
3. Help member countries or regions in the Asia-Pacific region to coordinate their economic development policies, so as to make better use of their own resources, learn from each other's strengths economically and promote the development of foreign trade;
4. Providing technical assistance to member countries or regions in formulating and implementing development projects and plans;
5. Cooperate with the United Nations and its affiliated institutions, international non-profit organizations investing in the Asia-Pacific Development Fund, other international institutions and public and private entities in various countries in a manner deemed appropriate by the Asian Development Bank, and show them opportunities for investment and assistance;
6. Carry out other activities and services according to the purpose of the Asian Development Bank.
