1. Declaration price
The exchange only accepts limit price declarations from members.
2. Quotation unit
Different securities transactions use different pricing units. Stocks are "price per share", funds are "price per fund", bonds are "price per 100 yuan face value", and bond repurchases are "annual income at maturity per 100 yuan of funds".
3. Minimum price change level
The minimum change unit of the declared price of A shares, funds and bonds is RMB 0.01; for B shares, the Shanghai Stock Exchange is US$0.001, and the Shenzhen Securities The exchange rate is 0.01 Hong Kong dollars; the bond repurchase rate is 0.005 for the Shanghai Stock Exchange and 0.01 for the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Rise and fall limits: The exchange imposes price rise and fall limits on stock and fund transactions. The rise and fall ratio is 10%, of which the ST stock price rise and fall ratio is 5%. Stocks and funds are not subject to price limits on the first day of listing. The increase of stocks subject to PT shall not exceed 5%, and the decrease shall not be restricted.
4. Declaration restrictions on buying and selling securities with price increase and decrease limits. Declarations within the price increase or decrease limit are valid declarations. Declarations exceeding the price limit are invalid.
5. Entrusted buying and selling units
To buy stocks or funds, the declared quantity should be 100 shares (shares) or an integral multiple thereof. The bond has a face value of RMB 1,000 per lot. One lot of bond repurchase is 1,000 yuan of standard bonds or comprehensive bonds. Bonds and bond repurchases are declared in 1 lot or an integral multiple thereof. Among them, bond repurchases in the Shanghai Stock Exchange are declared in 100 lots or an integral multiple thereof.
6. Application upper limit
The maximum number of single declarations for stocks (funds) should be less than 1 million shares (shares), and the maximum number of single declarations for bonds should be less than 10,000 lots ( (Including 10,000 lots). The exchange can adjust the maximum number of single declarations of different types or circulation volumes as needed.
