China Social and Cultural Development Foundation is a national public offering foundation headed by People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Culture. Approved by the People's Bank of China 1992, Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China 1993 (public offering foundation certificate No.00 17). Its founder is a famous playwright, Mr. Cao Yu, and its honorary president is a famous educator, Mr. Xu Jialu.
