Avoidance recognition is extremely demanding and strict, so it is excellent.

Conditions for exemption from evaluation:

(1) The phased achievements won the second prize of outstanding achievements in humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education (inclusive) or the first prize of other provincial and ministerial scientific research achievements.

(2) The theoretical viewpoints and policy suggestions put forward by the project research have been instructed by the leading comrades of the party and government at or above the provincial and ministerial level and adopted by relevant departments, or adopted by the "achievements to be reported" of our office.

(3) It is determined by the relevant departments that the results are confidential and should not be made public.
