2. In terms of sales methods, there are mainly two ways: online sales and offline sales. Online issuance refers to the networking of securities business departments all over the country with the trading system of stock exchanges.

3. Online offering refers to selling fund shares to institutional or individual investors through the business outlets and underwriter accounts designated by the fund manager.
