Fund performance evaluation method
1, yield method. The rate of return method is an index to evaluate the fund performance according to the income in a certain period, and it is also an important index to measure the efficiency of fund assets.
2. Sharp index method. This index was put forward by American economist Sharp in 1966. It is a fund performance evaluation method based on adjusting the total risk. The Sharp Index represents the risk return of the fund from the total risk of the unit.
3. Reynolds index method. This index was put forward by American economist Tereno in 1965. It is a fund performance evaluation method based on systematic risk adjustment.
4. Zhan Sen index method. This index was put forward by American economist Zhan Sen in 1968. Zhan Sen index is an absolute performance measurement method based on risk adjustment, which shows the fund manager's ability to obtain excess returns by accurately judging the securities price under the condition of giving a sufficient risk level.
