According to the Special Provisions on Reduction of Venture Capital Funds of Listed Companies newly revised by China Securities Regulatory Commission, Shanghai Stock Exchange revised the Detailed Rules on Reduction of Venture Capital Funds of Listed Companies of Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE [2065438+08] No.9) issued on March 2, 2065438. The revised Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Shareholder Reduction of Venture Capital Funds of Listed Companies in Shanghai Stock Exchange (Revised in 2020) (see Annex for details) has been approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission and is hereby promulgated, and shall come into force on March 3, 2020.
