I. Outstanding Youth Fund Project
The Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, also known as "Xiao Jieqing", is the science and technology support fund of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. [1] In order to further implement the deployment of the national medium-and long-term talent development plan, strengthen the cultivation of innovative young talents, and improve the talent funding system of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China decided to set up an outstanding youth science fund project from 20 12. As a project type in the talent project series, the Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars has formed an effective connection with the Science Fund for Young Scholars and the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, promoted the rapid growth of innovative young talents, and mainly supported young scientific and technological personnel with 5- 10 years of scientific research experience and certain scientific research achievements to forge ahead, blaze new trails and independently choose research directions to carry out basic research.
Second, scientific research projects
Scientific research projects include vertical scientific research projects (projects) supported by funds established by governments at all levels, horizontal scientific research cooperation and development projects (projects) of enterprises and institutions, and self-raised scientific research projects (projects) of colleges and universities.
From the perspective of universities, scientific research projects can be divided into two categories: off-campus scientific research projects (project research funds come from off-campus) and on-campus scientific research projects (project research funds come from on-campus). Off-campus research projects can be divided into vertical research projects and horizontal research projects. For example, vertical scientific research projects in Guangdong Province refer to various scientific research projects approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology, National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Social Science Planning Office, Ministry of Education, Guangdong Science and Technology Department, Guangdong Social Science Planning Office, Guangdong Education Department, Zhanjiang Science and Technology Bureau (or other cities in Guangdong Province) and other government departments in charge of scientific research. Horizontal scientific research projects refer to all kinds of projects entrusted by other government departments (including national ministries and commissions, provincial and municipal departments), enterprises and institutions, companies, organizations or individuals to conduct research or cooperation with our teachers, including international enterprise cooperation projects.
