"May 7th Industry" refers to those who worked in petroleum, coal, chemical industry, construction, building materials, transportation, metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, pharmaceuticals, textiles, machinery, light industry, agriculture, forestry, water and animal husbandry in the 1960s and 1970s.
Those who are engaged in production self-rescue or enterprise auxiliary positions in state-owned enterprises in 19 industries including electricity, electricity and military industry, have permanent urban residence and have not participated in basic pension insurance pooling.
