The National Natural Science Foundation of China will require experts not to carry mobile phones when participating in the project review, so as to ensure the seriousness of the review process, protect the confidentiality of the project and prevent potential information leakage and interference. The National Natural Science Foundation (NSFC) is a public institution approved by the State Council 1986 and managed by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China.
