In p>219, China signed cooperation agreements on South-South cooperation assistance fund projects with a number of United Nations agencies, including the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, the United Nations Children's Fund, the World Health Organization, the World Food Programme, the United Nations Development Programme, the United Nations International Civil Aviation Organization, etc. The cooperation areas covered food aid, health, agriculture, humanitarian assistance and other fields, and the South-South cooperation assistance fund became an important carrier of China's foreign aid.

2. Cash assistance

In September p>219, the China Municipal Government issued a white paper entitled "China and the World in a New Era", which systematically reviewed the major achievements of China's foreign aid in the past 7 years.
