The Measures for the Operation and Management of Public Offering of Securities Investment Funds was reviewed and adopted at the 29th Chairman's Office Meeting of China Securities Regulatory Commission on March 4, 2004, and was promulgated by OrderNo. 104 of China Securities Regulatory Commission on July 7, 2006. The Measures are divided into general provisions, fund raising, fund share subscription, redemption and trading, fund investment and income distribution, fund conversion operation mode, merger and change registration, fund share holders' meeting, supervision and management and legal responsibilities, and supplementary provisions, with a total of 8 chapters and 59 articles, which will be implemented on August 8, 20 14. Abolish the Measures for the Administration of the Operation of Securities Investment Funds (Order No.79 of the CSRC).
