Acrylic yarn and acrylic bulked yarn are woven from acrylic fibers and then woven into various garments. But if you don't master certain washing and ironing methods, you will lose your original style. There are two ways to wash and iron this fabric, one is disassembly, and the other is integral washing.
The key points of the disassembly and washing method are as follows: firstly, the removed thread is wound into a small frame, knotted and soaked in cold water for ten minutes, so that the gaps between the fibers are filled with water, expanded and the floating dust is removed; Water temperature 30℃, gently wipe with neutral washing powder. In order to straighten the worn acrylic yarn and acrylic bulky yarn, the washed yarn can be soaked in hot water at about 80℃, and the knotted part of the stringing can be lifted up and down to straighten the yarn with the help of the temperature of hot water and the weight of water. When drying in the sun, it is best to drain it with clear water. In addition, other methods can also be used to straighten acrylic fibers. If you can put water in an ordinary aluminum pot, put a cup or bowl with a deep mouth in it, put the washed thread ball in it, take off a handle of aluminum pot, pull the wool head out of the screw hole there, wait for a while after the water boils, and then slowly pull out the thread. At this time, the wool will become as straight as new. Generally speaking, the longer the thread is steamed, the straighter it will be. When cooking, keep the water in the pot open all the time to ensure that the steam in the pot is sufficient and the temperature is constant.
Pay special attention when washing: clothes and trousers woven with acrylic bulky yarn can be washed. The various situations in the washing process are basically the same as those in the disassembly and washing, but several problems should be paid attention to when drying: you can't use a hanger to dry, otherwise the collar will be stretched longer and longer. It's best to put the clothes in the net bag, wait for the water to soak through, and wait for the tide to dry before ironing. When ironing, you should put a wet cloth on the clothes, do not press it hard, and do not burn the wet cloth very dry, so as to avoid the fluff falling on the wool, losing the fluffy and elasticity of the acrylic thread, making the clothes dull and ugly, and easily losing their original characteristics.
Washing chlorine fiber blended fabric; Chlorine fiber is mainly polyvinyl chloride fiber.
