Lesheng Campus of Inner Mongolia Normal University is an important base for training teachers of basic education and ethnic education and compound talents of Mongolian and Chinese minorities in the autonomous region.

At the same time, it is also the training base for all kinds of sports professionals in the autonomous region, Mongolian sports talents in eight provinces, ethnic music talents in northern China, and artistic design education talents in the autonomous region, and is praised as the "cradle of ethnic education" by the society.

There are 2053 faculty members in the school, including full-time teachers 1274, 929 teachers with master's and doctoral degrees, accounting for 73% of the total number of full-time teachers, and 6 18 teachers with associate senior titles or above, accounting for 48.5% of the total number of full-time teachers. There are 909 tutors for doctoral and master students.
