There will be specialized escorts to transport it to the issuance warehouse of the People's Bank of China branch at the next level or smaller level, and then transport it to the branches of banking financial institutions in various places.

Then when ordinary people go to bank branches or ATMs to withdraw money, they can withdraw these newly printed RMB. The printing and issuance of RMB are performed by the People's Bank of China.
