The personnel changes of the Board of Supervisors belong to the normal changes of the company and conform to the relevant provisions of the Company Law, the Securities Investment Fund Law and the Articles of Association.

If all members of the current board of directors and the board of supervisors are reelected one by one, it can be regarded as the early change of the board of directors and the board of supervisors. If only some members of the current board of directors and the board of supervisors are re-elected, it cannot be called a change.
