1. During the preparation process, personnel should protect themselves, pay attention to personal hygiene, and avoid abnormal symptoms such as fever and cough.

If isolation and observation are required, you must arrive at the examination area in advance and observe isolation as required. On the day of the examination, you must take appropriate travel methods to the examination center and keep a safe distance from others.

2. Personnel should arrive at the test site at least one hour in advance and bring their own masks for personal protection.

Masks should be worn at all times during the exam, but masks must be temporarily removed when accepting identity verification.

3. Personnel should actively cooperate to undergo body temperature testing before entering the venue. They should present their "auspicious code" and "communication big data itinerary card" on site, confirm that they have a green code, have no history of traveling to medium- and high-risk areas, and have confirmed that the results of the body temperature test are normal (the body temperature is not higher than

37.3℃) before entering the examination area. Personnel whose body temperature is measured and who have suspicious symptoms such as fever should go to the temporary waiting area to have their temperature taken again.

4. Those who have fever symptoms 14 days before the exam should proactively report to the staff before entering the venue to have their body temperature checked.

After evaluation by on-site medical and health professionals at the test site, those who meet the requirements to take the exam will continue to take the exam in the temporary isolation examination room; those who do not meet the relevant conditions will take prevention and control measures in accordance with the requirements of the relevant health and disease control departments.

5. If a person develops fever symptoms after entering the examination room and during the examination, he should proactively inform the invigilator. After evaluation by on-site medical and health professionals at the examination site, if he meets the conditions to take the examination, he will continue to take the examination in the isolated examination room; if he does not meet the relevant conditions, he will continue to take the examination.

The disease control department requires prevention and control measures.

6. During the examination, personnel must consciously abide by examination disciplines and must obey the arrangements of the examination staff in an orderly manner during gatherings such as entry before the examination and departure after the examination.

You must keep a distance of more than 1 meter from others when entering and exiting the examination room and using the toilet, and avoid close contact and communication.

During the exam, if you need to undergo a health check or need to be transferred to an isolated exam room due to personal reasons, the exam time will not be made up.

7. Personnel should read this instruction carefully. Anyone who conceals or lies about key epidemic prevention and control information such as travel history, contact history, health status, etc., or fails to cooperate with staff in epidemic prevention testing, questioning, investigation, and medical treatment, resulting in serious consequences, will be punished in accordance with the epidemic prevention and control measures.
