There are three legal holidays in China, one for all citizens and the other for some citizens. There are eleven legal holidays for all citizens, including New Year's Day 1 day, Spring Festival 3 days, Tomb-Sweeping Day 1 day, Labor Day 1 day, Dragon Boat Festival 1 day, National Day 3 days and Mid-Autumn Festival 65,438 days. Annual leave is calculated according to the working years of employees. For example, if an employee has worked for 1 year but not1year, he/she will be given five days' annual leave; If the accumulated work has reached 10 years but less than 20 years, the annual leave will be 10 days.
1. What's the difference between public holidays and annual holidays?
1, public holidays are also called "public holidays". Refers to the paid vacation system clearly stipulated by national laws. Time to rest within a certain working period as stipulated by law or an agreement concluded according to law. If you take two days off every five days of work, these two days are public holidays. Because China stipulates that the working hours of employees should not be higher than 40 hours per week, the general employer implements two days off per week.
2. Paid annual leave (hereinafter referred to as annual leave). Employees of this unit who have worked continuously for more than 1 year are entitled to paid annual leave. During the annual leave, employees enjoy the same salary as during normal work. Employees who have worked for 1 year but less than1year are entitled to 5 days of annual leave; Annual leave 10 days if it is over/kloc-0 years but less than 20 years; For those who have completed 20 years, annual leave 15 days. National statutory holidays and rest days are not included in the annual leave.

Article 4 Employees shall not enjoy annual leave in the current year under any of the following circumstances:
(a) employees enjoy the winter and summer vacations according to law, and the number of vacation days is more than the number of annual vacation days;
(two) employees leave for more than 20 days and the unit fails to deduct wages according to regulations;
(3) Employees who have worked at least 1 year but less than 10 year have taken sick leave for more than 2 months;
(4) Employees who have worked for 10 years but less than 20 years have been sick for more than 3 months;
(five) employees who have worked for more than 20 years have taken sick leave for more than 4 months.

Article 7 State organs and institutions shall practise uniform working hours, with Saturdays and Sundays as weekly rest days.
Enterprises and institutions that cannot implement the unified working hours stipulated in the preceding paragraph may flexibly arrange weekly rest days according to actual conditions.

Article 2 Holidays for all citizens:
(a) the New Year, holiday 1 day (10/day);

Third holidays and anniversaries of some citizens:
(a) Women's Day (March 8), women have a half-day holiday;
(2) Youth Day (May 4th), and more than 14 youths have a half-day holiday;
(3) Children's Day (June 1), children under 14 have a holiday 1 day;
(4) Army Day of China People's Liberation Army (1 August), and active servicemen have a half-day holiday.
