(1) Accepting donations of funds, materials and technical assistance from governments, organizations, groups, enterprises and individuals at home and abroad who enthusiastically support the film industry in China according to the Donation Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) for Public Welfare;

(two) in accordance with the principles of legality, voluntariness and effectiveness, widely raise public welfare funds, increase the sources of funds, and realize the preservation and appreciation of public welfare funds;

(three) funding for film and television creation with social public welfare value, promoting the main theme of society and meeting people's needs, and encouraging innovative exploration of excellent film and television works across media and in various forms;

(4) Support and encourage the translation and promotion of domestic films and television, build a platform for exchanges between Chinese and foreign films and television, and establish a long-term exchange mechanism;

(five) to build a professional and high-level academic platform to support the academic discussion of film and television culture and the publication of academic monographs;

(6) Build a public service platform, carry out special film selection and awards, organize public welfare screening projects to benefit the people, and call on film and television artists to join public welfare undertakings;

(7) Build a film talent training platform, expand the construction of talent training carriers, support and promote top-notch young talents with great development potential, and enhance the influence of new film forces in China;

(eight) support the construction of cinemas and cinemas, actively absorb social capital, develop intermediary services for film and television financing, develop diversified film and television markets, and promote the prosperity and development of the film industry;

(nine) support the innovation and development of film technology, effectively realize industrial integration and cooperation, and promote the scientific development of film and television cultural and creative industries;

(ten) other public welfare activities conducive to the development of the film industry.
