At present, there are three school foundations, namely Singapore Zhixianzong Foundation, Jiangsu Dagang Middle School Red Cross Society and Jiangsu Dagang Middle School Foundation. Every year, the school rewards outstanding students in senior high school entrance examination and senior high school students, and helps students from poor families, seriously ill students and some rural poor people.

Due to the planning of the Education Bureau, at present, the students from Shang Hui are mainly from Zhenjiang Dantu Experimental School, Zhenjiang New District Dagang Middle School South Campus, Zhenjiang New District Dagang Middle School North Campus, Dantu District Zhizhizong School, High School, Zhenjiang Baoyan High School, Rongbing High School, and some municipal schools and county-level schools. At present, the loan students come from: some municipal high schools, high schools outside the city and high schools in Dantu District.
