Fudan University:
The name of Fudan University is taken from "Sun and Moon shine brightly, Dan Fudan Xi" in The Great Biography of Shangshu. Founded in 1905, formerly known as Fudan University, 19 17 was named Fudan University. It is the first institution of higher learning independently established by the people of China. The predecessor of Shanghai Medical University was the National Fourth Sun Yat-sen University Medical College founded in 1927. In 2000, Fudan University and Shanghai Medical University merged.
The school has 12 disciplines such as philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, history, science, engineering, medicine, management, art and interdisciplinary subjects; 202 1, 20 disciplines in our school were selected for the second round of "double first-class" construction disciplines, three more than the first round.
At present, Fudan University has 35 directly affiliated hospitals (departments) and 18 affiliated hospitals (two of which are under construction). At present, the school has 80 undergraduate majors, 40 first-level discipline doctoral degree authorization points, 43 first-level discipline master degree authorization points (including first-level discipline doctoral degree authorization points), 5 doctoral degree authorization points, 30 master degree authorization points and 37 post-doctoral research mobile stations.
