Social security funds cannot be deposited in Hubei Bank. You can choose to deposit it in six banks: Industrial and Commercial Bank, Agricultural Bank, China Bank, China Construction Bank, Postal Savings Bank and Bank of Communications. The Financial System of Social Security Fund issued by the Ministry of Finance clearly stipulates that social security funds must open special financial accounts, income households and payment households in state-owned commercial banks.
