"Shanghai Mutual Fund for Hospitalization of Primary and Secondary School Students and Infants" was jointly established by Shanghai Red Cross Society, Municipal Education Commission and Municipal Health Bureau. The reimbursement system for hospitalization and serious illness clinics is implemented for primary and secondary school students (including technical secondary schools, vocational schools and special schools) from the full moon. For those who seek medical treatment in tertiary medical institutions, the proportion of residents' medical insurance fund payment remains unchanged at 5%.
