The process of transferring social security to another place: 1. First issue a "Social Security Payment Voucher" at the social security center in the place of transfer; 2. Then open a social security account and pay social security in the place of transfer; 3. Then fill in the "Social Security Transfer Application" in the place of transfer; finally

The voucher and application must be submitted to the social security center of the place of transfer for review.

A normal insured person can complete the application within a week at the fastest, and the pension insurance can be completed in no more than 45 working days at the slowest, provided all the materials are ready.

The transfer of the relationship, and during the transfer process, 90% of the work is performed by the social security agency in the place where the applicant transfers to and from.

Step 1: Before moving across provinces, the insured person goes to the social security institution in the original insured place to issue a "Basic Pension Insurance Participation and Payment Voucher".

Step 2: The insured person will wait until the social security institution in the new place of employment to apply for renewal of the relationship with the payment voucher, household registration, and ID card.

Step 3: The social security agency in the new place of employment will review whether the applicant meets the conditions within 15 working days.

Step 4: Within 15 working days after receiving the "Contact Letter", the social security agency in the original insured place will check whether the applicant's insurance payment is in arrears and handle the pension insurance fund transfer, and terminate the applicant's local insurance payment.

For the insured relationship, a "Basic Pension Insurance Relationship Transfer and Continuation Information Form" will be issued to the new insured place.

The final step: The social security institution in the new insured area will complete the relevant procedures within 15 working days after receiving the "Information Form" and the transfer fund.
