Funds that have suspended trading and have not opened the fund conversion authority cannot be converted. Generally speaking, fund conversion means that fund A is directly converted into fund B without buying or selling. Fund conversion only supports mutual conversion between funds managed by the same fund company.

You can test whether the fund supports conversion. If the word conversion is displayed in the fund transaction, the fund supports conversion; if the word conversion is not displayed in the fund transaction, the fund does not support conversion.
