The national fund is not helpful to all graduate students' employment. Its main support posts are still biased towards scientific research posts. When you want to continue to engage in scientific research positions, your participation in the national fund during your postgraduate period is a plus item in your interview.
But if you want to go directly to an enterprise or become a teacher, the national fund can hardly help. These positions pay little attention to the level of articles published by students and the projects that students have participated in.
