I don't change my belief in restructuring, and wholeheartedly support the party building work in enterprises

I can be said to be a "veteran" in Liyang industry, especially in the cable industry. In the past 2 years, I have entered the cable factory twice and started my own business twice, and developed an unknown small factory into a well-known enterprise in the wire and cable industry and a top 1 enterprise in the China electromechanical industry. Just when I wanted to relax, the reform pushed me to the forefront of my life and transformed me into the boss of a private enterprise. But I always believe that the transition does not turn to the ideal, and the restructuring does not change the belief. The party building work of non-public enterprises and the development of enterprises themselves have the same direction and consistency. Only when they develop synchronously and harmoniously can enterprises develop in an all-round way. To this end, I insist on the following: First, guarantee and support the normal work of enterprise party organizations in accordance with party constitution. First of all, in my usual work, I strictly demand myself with party member's conditions in everything, everywhere and all the time, and I am conscientious and diligent in Party building. Secondly, according to the requirements, I allocate the funds for party organization activities from the enterprise management fees at not less than five thousandths of the total annual salary of enterprise employees to ensure the normal and orderly development of party building work. Thirdly, party cadres and administrative cadres are treated equally, and the status of party cadres is affirmed from the economic point of view, which improves their enthusiasm for work. The second is to organize educational management activities in party member in combination with the actual situation of enterprises. Organize party member to learn the party's professional knowledge, review the oath of joining the party, carry out educational activities to maintain the advanced nature of party member, establish a demonstration post in party member, organize party member to go out for visits, study and training, and continuously improve party member's ideological, political and professional quality. Fourth, widely support group organizations to carry out activities. I often go to trade unions to listen to employees' reflections and opinions on enterprise development, and study the arrangement of employee education and activities with trade unions. After the major plan is formed, it is specially submitted to the workers' congress for discussion, fully respecting the decision-making of the workers' congress. At the same time, I also emphasize the important role of youth league organizations in enterprises on various occasions, encourage enterprises to organize various effective activities, mobilize the enthusiasm of the majority of league members, and build a platform for young workers to play their talents.

Second, development does not forget contribution, and correctly handle the interests of employees of state enterprises

The development of enterprises cannot be separated from the policies of the Party, the concern of all sectors of society and the efforts of the employees. As an old party member, I always keep in mind the purpose of the Party and make contributions to development. I not only abide by national laws and regulations, but also solve many worries for employees. Really combine the ideological and political work of employees with improving the treatment of employees and doing practical things for employees, and correctly handle the interests of the country, enterprises and employees. First, further efforts should be made to improve the lives of employees. The staff canteen, which workers are generally concerned about, has been reformed to improve the service quality. Now the conditions of the staff canteen can be comparable to those of a three-star hotel. Some people say that the work clothes of enterprise employees are a trivial matter, as long as they can wear them to work, but I think that although it looks trivial, it represents the external image of the enterprise. To this end, I specifically asked the logistics department to organize the design and production in combination with the work characteristics and the trend of the times. At present, fresh and bright work clothes have been welcomed by the broad masses of workers, especially the field workers who represent the corporate image, wearing custom-made suit-style work clothes, which fully embodies the spirit of our "going up" people to make progress. Second, the wages and benefits of front-line staff, technicians and managers have been generally improved. In order to cultivate professional talents, we actively create conditions, organize them to study in Xi 'an Jiaotong University, Zhengzhou Cable Technician School and other professional colleges, and encourage employees to study by themselves in combination with their posts, and reward them with outstanding achievements. In order to solve the worries of "backbone talents" in enterprises, we invested 2 million yuan to buy a "talent building" and issued a series of preferential housing policies: employees are subsidized to rent and buy houses, and "talents" are given housing after working for a certain period of time. The introduction and implementation of the incentive policy has attracted a large number of senior talents such as professor-level senior engineers, senior engineers and MBA graduates to be used by enterprises. Third, enterprises operate according to law and pay taxes in good faith. As a party member owner, it is my unshirkable responsibility to better operate according to law, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees and pay taxes in good faith. In the four years after the restructuring, Shanghai Group * * * turned over more than 15 million yuan in national tax revenue, and was rated as a "big taxpayer" for many years, which won unanimous praise from all walks of life.

Third, when you get rich, don't forget to think about your source; when you get rich, think about it and make positive returns to social undertakings

Liyang Branch of Shanghai World Rubber Factory and Liyang Machinery and Electrical Appliance Factory were on the verge of bankruptcy because of poor management and no distinction between government and enterprise. Our practice has enabled disabled employees to enjoy the same welfare benefits as ordinary employees, and has made due contributions to social welfare while promoting local economic development.
