China Medical and Health Development Foundation is a national public welfare organization approved by the State Council. The competent unit of the Foundation is the Ministry of Health, and the registration authority is the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Its work has been guided and supported by the State Food and Drug Administration of the United States and state administration of traditional chinese medicine.
