The volunteer organization of public welfare education for spring seedlings was established in September 20xx, and approved by Yibin Civil Affairs Bureau in 20xx, and gradually developed into a non-profit, non-governmental, financially independent and self-managed non-governmental public welfare education organization. At the same time, it is also the first non-governmental public welfare relief organization in Sichuan to obtain legal status. Chunmiao Public Welfare Rescue Center consists of five functional departments: Rescue Department, Finance Department, Technology Department, Propaganda Department and Human Resources Department. All departments have coordinated with each other and won the full trust and support from all walks of life in the past ten years.
First, strengthen team building and unite social forces.
Chunmiao strengthened the construction of full-time volunteers, established the post responsibility system and defined the division of labor. At present, there are 6 full-time volunteers and 2 part-time volunteers, who are mainly responsible for the application and implementation of projects in the center, the information communication and feedback between sponsors and aided students, the management and maintenance of Chunmiao website, and the online publicity and services of various departments.
While developing volunteers, Chunmiao strengthened the management of volunteers, formulated the assessment methods and related rules and regulations for volunteers, and formed a three-level management system of center-department-group. The newly established Yunnan Shuifu Volunteer Group has 27 volunteer groups. Volunteers from all over the country are in close contact and give full play to their positive role according to the development of their regions. The main work of volunteer groups in poor areas is to help students investigate and collect data. This year, the data of more than 500 poor students and more than 20 poor mountain villages were collected. The main job of volunteer groups in economically developed areas is to find sponsors and contact educational resources, which has contributed to the cooperation between Chunmiao and Shanghai Public Welfare Development Foundation, China Children's Charity Association, Baidu Alliance Love, Beijing Western Sunshine Foundation and other institutions. * * * A total of more than 500,000 yuan was raised, and the Hangzhou Youth League organized a donation of 1.5 million yuan worth of "warm winter" new clothes. The activities of local volunteer groups have improved the coordination and teamwork ability of volunteer teams.

Matching funding
Relying on the network platform of "Chunmiao Student Aid Network", "one-on-one student aid" will be implemented. Establish a one-to-one stable and long-term funding relationship between sponsors and aided students in the form of pairing between sponsors and aided students. Sponsors can not only give students material help, but also give them spiritual care and encouragement, and at the same time, they can effectively supervise the work of Chunmiao. More than 2,780 poor students have been funded and continue to be funded, of which 70% are left-behind children and 60% are girls. Special minors account for 1%, orphans and de facto orphans account for 3%, and the funding amount reaches 1.35 million yuan.
Material donation
Carry out large-scale public welfare aid projects such as "Heart to Heart, New Wish, Love and Dream", "Love Campus" and "Warm Winter Action" to realize the dreams of 100 left-behind children; Donated 1305 sets of desks and chairs, 47 teachers' desks, 20 children's desks and stools, 4 children's cup holders, 2 children's bookshelves and 4 outdoor table tennis tables to 20 rural areas in Yibin, benefiting 1470 teachers and students; Donate an egg to the teachers and students of 18 school every day, benefiting about 3000 teachers and students; About 3,900 pieces of warm clothes, 2,320 books, 1 .800 sets of stationery, 1 sets of multimedia equipment and some sporting goods were sent to 20 schools and1village communities, and two loving "Bade Water Wells" were played for Qingfugua Road Primary School in Gaoxian County and the teaching point in Dachuan, with a total material donation value of more than 950,000 yuan. Many poor children and their families have been helped, reducing the burden of study and living expenses for most children from poor families. Love charity bazaar
Cooperate with Skyworth TV, Shangcheng Home Furnishing Co., Ltd., Shang Yun Decoration Co., Ltd., 27-degree north latitude fitness club, car-hailing service in the same city, and foreign cuisine to hold charity sale activities. More than 60,000 yuan was raised to donate desks, chairs and sports facilities to Yibin Chuanjiang Children's School, Ya 'an Lushan Datong Primary School and Tian Yuan Primary School in Xiachang Town, Changning. At the same time, decoration for Shang Yun, 27 degrees north latitude and fund-raising from different food fitness clubs are still in progress.
Third, the current problems of spring seedlings
1, did not make full use of the advantages of wide distribution and rich resources of spring seedling volunteers, and widely launched volunteers to publicize the public welfare education of spring seedlings.
2. Hematopoietic function is insufficient and there is no fixed source of funds. In the long-term development of spring seedlings, there may be no blood supply at any time, and even spring seedlings may be paralyzed.
3. Some leaders of volunteer groups have misunderstandings in the implementation of public welfare activities, and have not conscientiously performed their duties as volunteers of Chunmiao. They simply consider themselves as volunteers of Chunmiao or leaders of the group, contact the donors directly, bypass Chunmiao's headquarters, and let the donors directly help the schools and students.
4. The professional level of volunteers is not high. Some volunteers feel that they don't know what they should know when investigating and collecting information about poor students. They can't write a collection report when they come back. A survey report on poor students is only a few words, which can't provide a detailed and accurate reflection of poor students' family status and economic income for sponsors. As a result, students have been neglected for a long time and can't get funding.

Since the first half of 20xx, Hefei Volunteer Service Team has planned to go to Dabie Mountain Old District Primary School to help students. To this end, a group of four volunteers from the love aid group of our volunteer service team went deep into primary schools to carry out research activities on aid. Through detailed discussions with Yuan, a primary school teacher, on-the-spot visits to the school teaching site, and visits to the families of four students, the members of the aid group worked out a plan for this caring assistance activity. As soon as we got to school, everyone split up and got busy. Team members and volunteers who are responsible for cooking for children are also very busy. Happy times are always short-lived, and this caring student activity ended successfully with the joint efforts of all volunteers in our team and caring people who silently supported the activity behind them. On the occasion of parting, the volunteers saw the hardships of children studying in mountainous areas and the persistence of a rural teacher in the depths of the mountains for the children.
